Fixed my table lamp... (Tuesday 17/10/06)

I already mentioned that i bought a table lamp. As far as i concern, the table lamp couldn't be lifted high enough. From it's shrinking look, it's already very low height to bright up, and it's stitching my eyes badly.

I was ran out of idea to modify it's height. I thought of screwing out one leg so it can be height adjustable. It wouldn't work much though. As i was in dilemma of this issue, i found out there's one solution but i'm too stupid of not thinking of it.

Once, i was with my cousin running Kajang turf. We were at this last stop and planned to have a social visit at a client's place, which was the last stop we'll make.

We really spent the whole evening talking business with the boss. I noticed his table lamp was lights on during the conversation. Since the whole conversation was not my league, i looked at the table lamp carefully.

Oddly, it can be adjusted in certain height, the first joint of the legs were straight up till the second leads to the viewing target. Then i located the possibility of modification...

Once i got home, i inspected my table lamp and found out the base and the joints were flipped opposite. Hmmm...

Without hesitation, i took out the screws and flipped the whole joint the other way round, and...

Viola! (with Orchestra String's at background playing.)

Finally... YES!
Yes! It worked! I can adjust the height instead of the previous that only could go front and back, which makes me the fool who bought such distorting table lamp.

Since then, i never thought i bought the wrong one. It's just a minor technical mistakes from the factory...
