In The Beginning... (Tuesday 4/4/06)

Finally, we started to have some progress...very unique creation that not every Char Kuey Teow stall look the same...First of all, the stove... which is more important than other equipments needed. Also, the ventilation part is costly but vital to be installed as the place was always filled with morning market, and it should be the best area to do F&B business.took about 2-3 hours to build the ventilation all the way above to prevent pollution towards the morning market...During the day of installation, few days ago my place was out of water supply for a moment, the last i heard from my friend, he said it's about the smell of the water, stinks...i was there, and my partner left me with his friends fro lunch... am i a loser? nah, just be part of responsibility...and so the government decided to have this issue settled... regardless the vital needs for the hawkers, restaurants and even residents...
Yes, i've experienced never took bath for 2 days, and most of the place's toilets stinks like puke...well, just have to wait for the right time to test run...Well, that's all i've gotta say here...
